What we collect, why, and how we look after it.

When you place an order we collect the details you enter in the order form: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery preferences, your grocery list and any notes you add. That is all we need to shop for you and deliver your order.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that information.
Order details are delivered to us by email through our email provider and our website hosting provider (Vercel). These services process the data only to deliver it to us. We do not share your information with anyone else except when required by law.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention.
We keep order records for as long as needed for bookkeeping and to serve returning customers. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
